It’s All About You
A week prior to our scheduled session I will deliver to you a list of new meal suggestions. I do my best to keep my dishes seasonal, thus rarely repeating previous prepared meals (unless you have a fave, than of course!) My job is to offer you an array of flavors with your meals, packed with nutrients and good tastes.
Each menu is personalized per client. I realize we all eat different, have various food sensitivies and diets and I cater to this aspect. I really am YOUR personal chef.
