Ethics In The Kitchen

In keeping with quality practices come whole foods and I look to local farmers for these.  Keeping up on the state of your food from farm, to processor, to your plate is a full-time job and has become a concern for many. Reading labels takes time and who has it?  Locally grown organic foods are of value to me because our earth stays cleaner and we stay healthier.  I like knowing who is growing my food and how.  Keeping it local does both and I will deliver this to you.

I stay up to date on our nations food policy debates, food recalls, food company ethics, various local farm & ranching practices and much more.  I use this knowledge to choose ingredients that are best for your health, our environment, as well as the rights of the workers who maintain our farmland.
