About Me

Molly Harmon is a graduate of The School of Natural Cookery (SNC) in Boulder Colorado. SNC is regarded as having one of the finest culinary arts programs in whole food cuisine.

After learning of many of her own food sensitivites Molly started down a new path to her second career. It was in her personal interest to learn to cook foods she could eat because of her own food sensitivities. She’s discovered ways to bring the joy back into eating!

SNC is regarded as having one of the finest culinary arts programs in whole food cuisine, which provided her with outstanding training to create meals that will meet the needs of allergy sensitive diets.  She’s eager to share with you how fresh, whole foods could improve your well-being.
